I’m a specialized occupational therapist dedicated to women’s pelvic health.
I help women navigate pregnancy, postpartum recovery, bladder leakage, pelvic pain, and core weakness with care that is private, personal, and practical. My approach starts with listening. I want you to feel heard, understood, and supported—never rushed or dismissed.
